Today, I am between 63-64 kgs of body weight. When I was at 95 kgs, I had to do something. Since I had a degree and PG degree in Nutrition and Biochemistry, I created my own diet plan. I followed it and lost 30+ kgs. This channel was created to show that it is possible and motivate you all to lead a healthy life style. I would like all of you to be in the best possible heath and, to have that self-confidence. In this channel, I share lot of info on weight loss, weight loss and only weight loss. You will learn a lot about keto diet, Intermittent fasting benefits, research information, diet plans and much more. Our weight loss challenge season 3 is going on successfully. In week 1, we cut down some white items such as white rice, white flour, white salt, and white sugar. Many of you have been able to get started with your weight loss journey by that one small change. In week 2, we switched to healthy, unprocessed oils such as coconut oil, sesame oil, gingely oil. That also gave good results for you. We dedicated week 3 for people with hormonal imbalance and cut down gluten from our diet. The participation has been going down by the week. In week 4, we are going to target 10,000 steps a day. Many of you might already be doing that. In case you have not been doing that, give that a shot. I am currently doing a 15,000 steps a day challenge for the last 1 week and I feel really good about it. I get tired by the end of the day and fall asleep easily. It is reducing my stress levels. Even when I was at 95 kgs of body weight, the only exercise I did was walking. I walked for 1 to 1.5 hours a day for five days week. With walking and focusing on my diet alone, I was able to lose 30+ kgs of my body weight. Target at least 10,000 steps a day. In this diet plan, you will know which foods trigger a problem in your body and you will avoid them. You will also include alkaline foods that balance your pH and help with weight loss. This diet plan is a south indian vegetarian diet plan You do not need to shop a lot. By consuming some affordable foods, you will begin to see changes. For example, I have added Moringa leaves in the diet plan. Moringa is a super food, so is a part of the plan. Checkout the video for the benefits of moringa leaves that are easily available. If you have Hypothyroidism or Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, you may be suffering from low stomach acid. Having 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning will greatly help with low stomach acid. Each food that I have included in the diet plan is there for a reason. I have been following this diet plan and it has been giving me results. So, I am sharing it with you. So, checkout this diet plan in case you have not. So, remember our week 4 is going to be 10,000 steps a day. Avoid white rice, white flour, white salt and white sugar as much as you can. Also, take at least 10,000 steps a day. All white products sold in the market are heavily bleached with a ton of chemicals which get into our body and cause a lot of issues. By consuming processed foods that are stripped off its nutrients and injected with chemicals, we are doing a lot of damage to the body. Switch to 100% whole grain flour, millets, Himalayan pink salt and sweetener such as stevia or erythritol. In case you are unable to avoid sugar, take jaggery or any other form of unprocessed sugar or honey. Remember any form of sugar spikes up your insulin levels. In the form of vegetable oils, they sell a lot of unsafe oils. They cause an imbalance in omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids. So, use unprocessed oil as much as possible. Avoid gluten if you have an hormonal imbalance. Also move more. It can be as simple as walking. Walking is not a HIIT workout. It is a low-impact exercise. Still, it gives tons of benefits to the body. It will reduce your stress and cortisol levels and balance your hormones. Please go not give up and have patience. With these 2 qualities, you can achieve anything you want in life. I did not gain weight in 1 day or 1 week. So, it will take time to lose it all. It is possible.
