Trying 16:8 Intermittent Fasting As A Beginner

progress I think my short-term goal is to be able to see my hoo-ha from up top
I know it sounds strange I cannot my belly is in the way I have to like
either push my pelvis out or pull my neck around or get in the mirror yeah I
would just be able to like to look down and see it’s the little things good morning we’ve slept the whole night
through all right it is day three of week two of
our weight loss program this week we are doing intermittent fasting which means I
will eat between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and so I’m getting ready
to go workout I did a little bit of meal prep last night I will show you what we
came up with as the day unfolds so you’ll be surprised by the meals and
yeah I’m gonna go do a little bit of walking slash running I’ve been doing
really well with picking up the pace and actually jogging a bit so it’s been good
and according to my Apple watch that helps my heart rate and increases my
calorie burn so I’m here for it I’m here for it yeah feeling good feeling good

I’m gonna do my apple cider vinegar I’m only gonna do apple cider vinegar
I’ve had some lemon water I am NOT adding honey because of the fasting I
will not be able to have any fast breakers until afternoon so I will show
you what I break my fast with a little bit later all right it’s 12:12 I’ve made
it I’m starving now though I’m about to do I’m gonna break my fast with the chia
pudding with raspberries on top and granola
I put the granola on the side today because I wasn’t going to eat it
straight away and I wanted it to still be country I’ve realized now in my haste
I left my two hard-boiled eggs so I’m debating if I should run down to OBO
Impala and get to board two hard-boiled eggs or if I should just wait and have
my wand we’ll see it’s technically day one of
fasting yesterday I ate outside the hours and Sunday was my cheat day so I’m
trying to at least get day one down even though it’s day three of the week alright I had to go down and get boiled
eggs I’m not gonna make it just with what I have
so I went to Duane Reade to get it which there was 99 cents I originally went
over home but the cashier assumed to be having some sort of fight over who was
gonna be able to help me so I just left the eggs there but they were 250 there
so they saved me money lost themselves running so here’s the Cobb salad all put
together with the avocado we’ve got the soft-boiled egg bacon tomato and then
there’s greens underneath there I’m excited about that I’ve got Fiji water
with the alkaline mix in there and then there’s I packed the avocado with it’s
still an appeal so it wouldn’t get all so mushy ah bone Appetit all right I’m home I did my fasting the
intermittent fasting so I only ate between 12 and 8 I was in a meeting
until 8:30 so in the meeting I was stuffing my face like right up until
11:59 because I realized I did not take my omega-3s and if you take that it will
break your fast so you can’t count it as part of fast time so I had to get all
that done but I did it I’m tired so I’m not gonna do anything else I’ve packed
up the meal for tomorrow so I’m good to go I packed up my breakfast and lunch so
I’ll take that and I’m saying breakfast even though it’ll be at noon it’ll be
when I break the fast breakfast I don’t know why that cracks me up sorry guys
but I’m tired I don’t know if it’s from the food if I’m in like if I got the
itis or what but I’m gonna wrap up I just want to let you know so this is the
end the official end of day one of intermittent fasting I’ll keep you
