Tomato salad


Let’s make a tomato salad, an easy and quick recipe made with simple ingredients found in every pantry. Carve the tomatoes at the bottom and blanch for 30″. Place them into ice cold water so that the skins can be removed more easily. Peel the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces and place them in a dish. Add the top quality and delicious Kalamata olives that have previously been sliced. Pour the extra virgin olive oil, the crushed pine seeds and the basil leaves and mix the dressing well. Break the rusks into small pieces and add them to the salad. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and this quick and simple meal is ready!
