Tofu stew / High protein vegan / Fat loss menu


Hello! Your Croatian girl made a tofu dish for you today! First chop the onion, garlic and cliantro in small pieces. Now add coconut oil, water,salt, and pepper. Let it cook for a bit. Now cut a half of a finger size of ginger and add to the pot. Now add the tofu, carrot and soy sauce. Cook for 30 mins. Now take two spoons of water from here and keep it aside. Add some leek. Take the water you set aside and mix it with one spoon of flour. Now put it back to the pot. It will make the dish thicker. 🙂 Cook for two more minutes and serve. Don’t forget the soy sauce, sesame, turmeric and cliantro at the end. Enjoy 🙂
