Snake Diet Dry Fasting Cardio – Fasting Weight Loss Journey (323)


hi it’s Mieka fasting weight loss and
today is day 323 fasting weight loss results video I’m very very excited to
tell you what I’m about to start tomorrow it’s extreme anything I’m doing
is for myself if you’re gonna try to do crazy stuff like what I’m about to do
then ask your doctor okay that’s my disclaimer I’m not telling anyone to do
what I do I’m not regular I’m not trying to do
regular I’m not trying to do what everyone else is doing okay so first I’m
gonna talk really quick about what happened yesterday I was struggling the
day to not go how I wanted I had four months of Real Estate’s
when marinara from Sonic which is the only place close to me and I used to get
up all the time and I don’t even like it but anyway I got that and I got two
small bags I’m one of Funyuns and one of barbecue potato chips okay um the total
calories for yesterday was 690 calories now I wanted okay then I went and
visited my friend he has a brand new on store and it’s been five months I went
to visit him time guy carried away I ended up leaving his place of business
at 6 p.m. my eating window cuz I was doing 8 hours fasting yesterday 8 hour
eating window closed at 6:30 by the time I got home it was after 6:30 so I was
upset cuz I wanted to eat not just the little junk I had I wanted a real meal
it was gonna probably be the egg muffins always make it was gonna be ground beef
egg cheese that kind of stuff but I didn’t want to eat outside of my
eight-hour window so I was stressed and upset and I still had to go to the gym
so that’s why I did the live stream yesterday and you guys saved me I did
not eat again I did work out I went to the YMCA I did probably a 10 minute walk
and then a one full hour on the elliptical
I dropped my eleven-year-old home I didn’t even get up the car
like nine so he had to go in and go to bed and then I went to plan a fitness
and I accidentally walked outside for one hour because I was on the phone and
then it was 11:15 when I finally went in the gym and all I did was going to
ten-minute um hydro massager and then I left because
it was late I was getting tired and I had done a lot of exercise so I ended up
doing an hour and fifteen minutes of walking and one hour on elliptical and
690 calories of non nutrient foods it’s still a win because I wanted to go I
wanted to have a salad from the grocery store
chick-fil-a for peace and I gets strips and I wanted the strawberry shake and
that crazy food problem that I have wanted me to get a whole nother dessert
on top of that so I say myself from away I’m gonna tell you my weight loss
results really quick um then I’m going to tell you what I’m starting tomorrow
which is going to be extreme weight loss snake diet fasted cardio I’m gonna do a
nine-day snake diet fasted cardio review because I did the snake diet at nine day
reveal and I think this I’m gonna start doing them so stay 323 I’m gonna erase
all of this because I’m starting something new tomorrow 323 I am to
twenty four point six that’s minus point two now the reason why that’s a huge win
is it could have been like a four plump you know like it could have been like a
three point gain or something if I were to eight what I wanted to eat okay so
now what I’m gonna do I’m going to put it in the comment below
what’s that video dry fasted snake cardio fastest way to lose weight okay I
watched this video a long time ago and the reason why I loved it he gave so
many different scenarios to do for the fastest way to lose weight but what
stood out to me as he said the absolute fastest way to lose weight is dry fast
the cardio okay so omad meal 500 calories he said that’s better
than all the other ways and that’s what I’m gonna do
so first starting tomorrow and today I’m gonna eat you guys you could call it
whatever you want I you know just I don’t even really here I’m gonna eat
what I want cuz that’s gonna prepare me for these nine days of hardcore fasting
and exercise okay whoo and I am gonna weigh in the morning and I’m gonna take
a picture of what I look like right now I’m probably gonna put the same shirt
and scarf on I don’t wear what I put it in mine
anyway it doesn’t even matter yeah I’m gonna take a picture okay so this is
what’s about to happen first actually before I even say that in that video I’m
gonna put a few timestamps of a few things that I love that he said and one
of the best things that I like two things he said and 39 minutes he said no
one wants to hang out with an addict it’s not cute it’s like who wants to be
around an addict who wants to listen to an addict you guys I’m fighting it and I
want to show discipline I hope I stick to this because if you guys have been
watching me I really stick to what I say I’m gonna do but I don’t know today I’m
feeling like I’m going to but we’ll see um let me see
nf 46 minutes and 30 seconds says he says I can contradict myself all the
time because I want to find the best fasting routine possible so he if you’ve
been watching him I’ve been watching him I started my journey with him he
motivated me to start um if you watch a lot of his videos he’s always coming up
with different new stuff and they all work that’s the point they all work and
in this video he talks about if you don’t work out if you do work out and
then he started these heinous has a lot of different stuff the only thing I
don’t like that he said is about being worthless you know I believe everyone
has value pretty much and a lot of these things that he says I don’t believe in
but a lot of what he says is for the purpose of motivation and I’m sorry he’s
motivational do not listen to him around your kids because it’s a lot of f-words
over and over and over okay but what are you singing in this
video is really good and true so take the time and listen I’m put it on two
times speed or 1.5 speed if you don’t want to spend the whole hour but if
you’re big obese please watch it and just think about fasting like it’s it’s
really good for us really big people okay so my plan starting tomorrow and
I’m not saying do it with me if you are gonna do something like this
consult your doctor okay and he would say drug dealing doctor yeah and I’m not
gonna take I’m gonna monitor my blood pressure I don’t know if I’m gonna take
my medication or not because when you dry fast and fast your pressure is
lower I’m gonna I’m gonna check my blood pressure
okay so for nine days I’m going to do a 16 hour fast dry fast 16-hour dry fast
um while in that dry fasted state I’m gonna do two hours of cardio not heavy
cardio light steady cardio it’ll probably be the elliptical or the
treadmill easygoing okay I’m gonna eat an old mad meal after not
even after I will have to be um 16 hour dry fasted um plus my cardio before I
can have a meal but he recommends eating it he says eat it at night I don’t know
if that’s what I’m gonna do or not I don’t know how I’m gonna do the meal but
I’m gonna be it’s gonna be after my cardio session okay that’s pretty much
it for nine days that’s what I’m doing starting tomorrow God willing
um I’m not regular okay I like to do extreme stuff sometimes and that’s also
how I build my channel is by doing kind of extreme things because that’s I kind
of like you this kind of fun and as a challenge and he talks about challenges
in there like I like it and I don’t feel like I’m being unhealthy I’m still
eating 500 calories and I’m gonna eat 500 calories of what I want um most days
I’m gonna try to put nutrient-dense foods I’m gonna maximize that 500
calories or if I’m feeling like i want something a little off I don’t care I’m
gonna just do 500 calories of what I want period and I’ll come with you with
the way I’ll come to you every day with the way and how it went and yeah that’s

    Your videos inspire me. I have currently been on a 32 day fast, 29 of those water (mostly with snake juice) and 3 days hard dry fast. I have lost 35 pounds in total. I did a refeed today and am now embarking on a combo of snake juice fasting 3 days per week and hard dry fasting four days per week. I'm going to up my cardio and strength training until I reach 125 pounds. I'll only be eating 2 days per month until my scale says 125, then I switch to snake juice fasting 5 days per week and eating 2 days per week.

    Iโ€™m dry fasting this weekend cuz itโ€™s less demanding on me. Then through the week the goal is to low/no carb intermittent fasting OMAD. My cardio is line dancing with youtube shuffles and two stepping lol
