RAW Apple & Banana Green Smoothie


Hey guys. Guess what time it is? It’s green
smoothie time and my best friend, kale here, we’re going to make a green
smoothie. It’s not really my best friend. It’d be kind of sad. Okay. So this green smoothie is going to have
apple, banana, pineapple, kale, coconut meat, ice, and coconut water.
You got that? Sweet. Apples particularly are really good for the digestive
system. The fiber in it really helps reduce cholesterol and actually
really helps cleanse the liver. So if you’re wanting to cleanse the
liver, everyone needs to cleanse the liver. The liver cleanses all the toxins
out of our body so cleansing the liver is very important. Okay so with the apple I’m going to put half.
I’ve got like three different types here. Pink Lady, a Gala apple, and a
Fuji apple. So I’m going to leave the seeds in and the stem. Everything
goes in. Same, same with all this. Look at this stem. I like this one.
Look at that, how big it is. If there’s a little worm in there, get the worm
in there, more protein. And this one too. Wow. Look at all those seeds.
I don’t know. Whatever. I’m not going to die. And throw it in like that. Sometimes I like
to cut them up a little bit smaller. Two bananas. Pineapple. Coconut meat.
Try not to get the eggshell in. It’ll suck. That’s good enough. And some
kale. All right. Kale. So this green smoothie as you can see is probably
50/50. Okay 50 percent fruits, 50 percent grains. That’s what you
want to do and as you go on keep putting in less, less fruit and more, more
grains. Coconut water and some ice. All right. And there we have it. That’s our
green smoothie. Apple, banana, pineapple, coconut meat, coconut water. That’s
it. And kale. Hey guys. Today we’re going to make a green
smoothie but it’s going to have avocado in it. Now avocado is one of my favorite
snack foods to have. It’s just full of all the good stuff, it keeps
you full for ages. You could practically live off avocado as well. So we’re
going to start off with a green smoothie… [ends]
