Quick and Easy Coleslaw – Low Carb Keto Salad Recipe

Welcome all! Papa G here. Today I present
my low carbohydrate coleslaw recipe. This is a very quick and easy recipe that won’t
keep you in the kitchen long with preparing for your summertime barbecue.
With just a little over two and a half grams of net carbohydrates per serving, it’s the
perfect accompaniment to anything your grill can deliver. Let’s get started.
We’ll take a shortcut here and use a pre-cut packaged cabbage for our recipe.
For our dressing, we’ll add a half a cup of mayonnaise. we’ll sweeten with a liquid
sugar substitute equal to two tablespoons of regular sugar; add a
tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil and mix until all of our fats are
incorporated. Add some mustard powder; some celery salt; some regular salt; a
half a teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning; and some ground black pepper.
Mix until the seasoning is thoroughly mixed in. Now add 1/4 cup of vinegar and
mix to combine. Add our pre-cut cabbage to a mixing bowl.
Pour in our dressing and toss to coat. Serve alongside any barbecue fare and
enjoy! There you have it folks! My low carbohydrate quick
and easy coleslaw recipe. The perfect side salad for any summertime entree. I hope

I never thought of adding different things to go with the mayonnaise. We can’t get lemon pepper seasoning over here, Lord knows I’ve tried! Any ideas on what I could replace that with? Also, do you mind if I ask you, are you following (or followed) low carb for weight loss? I was just wondering how many net carbs a day you allowed yourself? I’ve just started for weight loss and have a VERY long time ahead of me. Thank You, Papa G. I ALWAYS look forward to seeing your videos.xx

I very much enjoy and appreciate your short recipe videos. I've liked each one I've made. Thank you. Yesterday, I bought 6 pounds of pork tenderloins, which I'm going to make into pulled pork, and use your BBQ sauce on the entire batch. Yum!
