One Week Intermittent Fasting Challenge!


[Music] hi guys and for this project I’m going to be trying a kneading pattern which is known as intermittent fasting and it’s currently a very popular eating pattern among the health and fitness community so some of you may not know what exactly intermittent fasting is so according to Health Line intermittent fasting is an eating pattern of cycles between periods of fasting and eating so some of the benefits include weight loss increasing your metabolism and lowering body inflammation there are many different methods but I’m going to be trying to 16 – 8 which is 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating so I’m going to be cutting out any junk foods or soda and I’ll try to exercise every day yeah so I’ll be starting tomorrow so I’ll see you guys that laudanum loaded and we’re going to taste a plot for lunch and I weighed myself this morning so I would have a starting point to compare to the last day so it’s for l7 right now and I have class at 4:35 and my time frame to eat is 10:30 to 6:30 so I don’t really have time to eat after class so I just got myself a yogurt that I have to eat really fast right now it’s 933 right now and I can’t eat into another hour and I’m so hungry right now because I basically haven’t eaten since 4:00 yesterday and that’s longer than 16 hours of fasting I’m gonna go to the calculator and get lunch um I weighed myself this morning and I lost a pound probably be just Waterway and no sir because I basically didn’t eat that much yesterday because of my schedule [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] oh I’ve been doing this for a couple days now and I actually feel pretty okay every day except yesterday I got so hungry now my stomach started hurting last night and then this morning they kind of went crazy and ate a lot for lunch hi guys so just for today I’ve changed my timeframe from 11:30 to 7:30 because we’re going on to dinner [Music] [Music] so we just finished eating dinner and my exercise of the day is just walking [Music] [Applause] [Music] so I had to change my timeframe to eat yesterday but as I ate later than usual my eyes are so swollen right now and my face is so swollen I feel so bloated right now [Music] [Music] [Music] so I’m finally done with my one-week intermittent fasting challenge and overall I lost around two pounds I didn’t really update my weight throughout the week just because it fluctuated a lot actually I’m not one day where I eat like creepy overall I wouldn’t say it was like super hard to adjust to except that there’s two days where I got really hungry at night one thing knows that I didn’t really know there’s any like huge differences I didn’t notice that I feel less bloated and I didn’t really get any happy which I’m not sure if it’s related to it at all I would say if you were to try this I would recommend you to do it for at least a month to see any difference it was definitely a really good way to detox my body so yeah I hope you guys enjoyed it and thank you for watching [Music]
