am really nervous why let me tell you this is my fasting vlogs day 335 fasting
weight loss results and I’m only 30 days away from one here documenting my
fasting weight loss on YouTube and I need to at least be have 199 I really
would like to be less but it’s crunch time okay so today I’m going to talk
about modified alternative a fasting diet plan that I created what I did
yesterday in my weight this morning first let me give you a quote success is
nothing more than a few simple disciplines practiced every day gym room
so I want to say that’s what I’m giving an example of when I stick to it I’m
making a disciplined daily action plan and if I do that I’ll be successful okay
success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines practice every day
and ideally for weight loss and keeping it off you don’t just make up stuff you
you pick some things and you stick to them for a lifetime so you don’t gain
your way back okay what did i do yesterday you guys I was
supposed to either do Omad or intermittent fasting with the 4-hour
eating window yesterday but I did not eat I’m not exactly sure why I am once
again in that phase of extreme stress with different things I have a vacation
coming up I have I’m not gonna talk about my stresses because really it
doesn’t matter I need to get it together we’re gonna always have stresses and we
just have to stay the course okay so I’m thinking that also I’m thinking I just
wasn’t hungry and that’s it and I even had planned what I
was gonna have we were gonna have taco salad
that didn’t happen I just didn’t eat so this is gonna be 36 hour fasting results
really let me see I did go to the gym I first myself because I didn’t want to do
any weights to do five sets of five reps heavy on these four machines I really
wanna do five machines though I did the lake press leg extension hamstrings
seated hamstring curl and I can never get this right the machine where you put
your legs together and push up I want to say
abductor but I don’t know it’s abductor and adductor I guess I gotta learn that
okay I did not research Keto at all yesterday um but I didn’t eat so that’s
it I’m gonna give you my weight and I’m gonna tell you I’m filling in a funky
mood I’m feeling like hungry now sort of or maybe I’m feeling cravings
and I’m really nervous because a lot of you guys are new and you’ve seen me
I’m stick to two plans but that’s not what I used to do so I have to try to
fight this but I’m not feeling too optimistic about it and I’m in the
crunch so this is where you guys today’s way is to 15.6 and this is minus 1.2 I
was expecting way more than that because I didn’t eat I was expected but I didn’t
do it for weight loss because I want to eat so I’m wondering does my body you
want the calories or I don’t know I’m confused but it was a good day 335
modified alternate day fasting was a good day what are you doing and what do
you do when you feel like getting off track I would love to know

Iโve lost 6 lbs in the last week doing intermittent fasting and mostly fruit and vegetable diet. Iโve been craving a cookie for the past 2 days and itโs difficult. But Iโm going to keep fighting and hopefully the urge will go away. Try treating yourself with fruits to trick you mind into thinking you gave into the craving. So you start to crave fruits instead of sweets and chocolate. ๐ I love following your journey it helps a lot with my own motivation! Oh I also did laps of the pool for two hours yesterday! #fastedcardio
