1/2 bowl all mix vegetable cabbage,carrot, cauliflower, capsicum, french bean and baby corn depending on your choice
Oil 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 small tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder – 1/4 small tsp
Red chilli powder – Less than 1/4 small tsp
Coriander leaves – for garnishing
Coriander powder – 2 small tsp
Garam masala – 1 small tsp
Mango powder – 1/4 tsp
1” chopped ginger
2 green chilli chopped Method :-
Wash all vegetables and keep a side
1.Pre heat oil in wok( either mustard oil or refined oil as you like)
2.Put cumin seeds into hot oil and let it splutter.Add asafoetida in it
3.After that add all washed vegetables. Once stir and put salt as per your taste and then add turmeric powder.
4. Mix it well and cover it with lid
5.After 5 minutes again stir and let it cook by covering it.
6. Check all vegetables are cooked or not
7. Open the lid and add all spices like coriander powder, red chilli powder mango powder & garam masala
8. Keep stirring until all spices mix in all vegetables
9.Let it cover for 1 or 2 minutes
10. Mix vegetables is ready.
