AND THIS IS A WAY YOU CAN STAY ON IT.>>>SO CAULIFLOWER, BREAK IT INTO LITTLE PIECES AND GET A CHEESE GRADER.>>I WAS WONDERING HOW YOU TURNED IT INTO THAT.>>AND THEN WE TOSS IT WITH A LITTLE BIT OF SALT AND OLIVE OIL. STICK IT WITH A LOW TEMPERATURE FOR TEN MINUTES.>>YOU CAN SERVE IT OR CHILL IT.>>IN OUR CAULIFLOWER BOWL, WE PUT HERBS AND SOME TYPE OF GRAIN. AND THEN WE HAVE CUCUMBERS.>>ABSOLUTELY.>>MINE ARE GREAT THROUGH THE SUMME YUMMY SAUCE. AND WE ADDED NEW SAUCES. THIS IS YOGURT-BASED.>>AND THIS IS SPICIER. IT IS CITRUS AND IT’S LIGHT AND FLAVORFUL.>>OLIVES WITH GARLIC. LOTS OF GARLIC. AND THEN YOU HAVE THE FETA. FETA. AND WE’VE HEARD TIME AND TIME AGAIN THE HEALTH BENEFITS.>>>A LITTLE BIT OFDILL.>>>THE MEDITERRANEAN DIET IS AMAZING.>>AND THERE IS SOMETHING THAT I DIDN’T KNOW YOU GUYS HAD ARE THESE SNACK BOXES. NEVER GREAT FOR ON THE GO. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN THAT WANT AN AFTERNOON SNACK, IT’S A GREAT PROTEIN SNACK. THERE’S THREE DIFFERENT ONES.
