Welcome to The best way to keep yourself refresh is to consume as much fruits as possible. Smoothie is the best and delicious way to include fruits in routine. Today we are making mango smoothie. Let’s start with the procedure of making Mango Mint Smoothie. Start with peeling and chopping the fruits. Peel the mango and separate out the pulp. Further chop down the bigger chunks into small chunks. Peel and chop the bananas in small chunks as well. We have already rinsed and chopped the mint leaves. Removed the seeds from dates. Let us make the smoothie. Place the chopped fruits in mixture jar, followed by mint leaves and dates. Add 2 cups (500 ml) of chilled water to the mixture jar, so there is no need to add ice. Smoothieis now ready, let’s serve it. Dense, creamy and lip smacking manho mint smoothie is ready. Natural sweetness of fruits tastes delicious in smoothie. We used dates to make the smoothie sweet but you can use honey, khand , brown sugar to make the smoothie sweet as desired.
