    I love how he tries to get in their heads and intimidate them,especially when he offers Ben the estroblock lol!!! Regardless… you CANNOT beat the Delgado Protocol!

    you do have the most endurance there but i think the guy right of you had better form. less momentum when going up at the very start he was going straight up with no momentum while you were pushing it behind your back a little.

    Some take exception with this weight seeing a back swing as the weights are moved rapidly to the overhead press. This is not bodybuilding that is trying to sculpt the body with strick movements. We are not bodybuilders we are strength endurance highly conditioned athletes.
