a while if you are returning welcome back let’s get those babies ladies alright so let’s do a recap we did this
is weaken over to first week was the apple cider vinegar challenge alright
this is after five days so the ACPR added apple cider vinegar to my diet
every meal before the meal I had the two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar at
that point I was still using the honey organic honey as well as women we just finished – we’re at an
intermittent fasting so technically this is week one of the intermittent fasting
challenge alright fam I have worked out and I’ve
showered I’m just I’m ready to go to work I packed my lunch here and here
about water we’ve got to do my wheatgrass shot for the day I shouldn’t
send Cheers course and I’m finishing off my lemon apple cider vinegar and honey
mixture I continue with the ELMO cider vinegar except I took out the honey
because I wanted to do the fasting and if you have this sugar it breaks your
fast and I wanted to wake up and be able to take the apple cider vinegar so I
just had apple cider vinegar and lemon which does not break the fast I reduce
my caloric intake to 1,100 calories so here’s the Cobb salad all put together
with the avocado we’ve got the soft-boiled egg bacon tomato and then
there’s greens underneath there I’m excited about that I’ve got Fiji water
with the alkaline mix in there and then there’s I packed the avocado with it’s
still an appeal so it wouldn’t get all so mushy ah bone Appetit I am a busy bee
this morning I’m out and about I’m in a fasted state I have not eaten since 8
p.m. last night it’s a little after 8 a.m. this morning so I’ve got 12 hours
under me I did the keto esque meal plan yesterday I had the avocado I had the 3
eggs so a lot of good fat and protein I had very low carb very low sugars and I
exercise every day I think except Juana I was meant to do two on two off but
there’s something about it like I got addicted to it and I wanted to exercise
I went hard two days and then I exercise on the third day but it was at
an easier pace a more leisurely pace if you will
I think it’s day five of this second week and I’m about to head out I’ve had
a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar I I think I had my last morsel like 9:15
9:20 last night today I am NOT going to eat into whatever 16 hours is later so I
think 1:30 and then we’ll keep it I’m going to stop at 8 because I got to get
back on the 12 to 8 so I’ll try to get in as many calories as I can within that
window Hey ladies all right I’m learning all kinds of late
but look I got into this I didn’t have to squeeze in well kinda but I haven’t
worn it in forever official picture day is Saturday where we do the before and
after but way snatched and so yeah I’m feeling good about it so
we’ll see let’s see what it do let’s look at the pictures this is it this is
the week two photo op so let’s see what I look like I’m feeling thinner and I
feel like I don’t forgot an extra a ripple the interesting part about losing
weight is now this smells extra jiggly even though I know it’s getting smaller
like when I was fat it was like a nice firm fat anywhere no let’s let’s see
what it is not bad for two weeks in let’s see what
we can get into next week see you later bye

    WOW! I am inspired. I definitely see the weight loss. Why did you decide to do the Apple cider vinegar, low carb, healthy fats, wheat grass, fertility smoothies and intermittent fasting? Is it just for weight loss? Do they also increase fertility? Has any doctor told you to do any / all of this?

    I started the "low carb" Keto diet on Monday 9/24. And i added intermittent fasting yesterday Saturday 9/29 —doing 10am-6pm (8 eating /16 fasting).And, I workout 6 days a week/currently doing Shuen T hip hop Abs. Thank you so much for sharing

    You are killing it tanika. I am so proud I can see dramatic changes in your body from your dedication and hard work. Hubby and I are starting keto diet tomorrow morning I am currently 285 and ge is 287 so we are gonna weigh in December and see where we are. Hopefully this will aid our ttc journey and our over all physical health. Love ya 💖💖

    Omgoodness! I’m literally doing the same thing!! I found Dr. Bergs page about two weeks ago and spent time researching and just really started this past Saturday! I’m hoping it will help us TTC by dropping some weight as I am on the heavier side. I’m 5’7 and starting weight was 198. I’ll be doing an update video this weekend on my TTC channel as well!
