Hey hey hey guys, it’s the Keto King here.
Today we are going to be making a fantastic Keto Smoothie (Berry Bliss). The ingredients
we need for this keto berry smoothie are, some Almond Butter, Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds,
full fat Greek yoghurt, an assortment of berries (now you can make a choice which ones you
would like to use), some protein powder and I using protein powder from Canadian Protein.com,
8 blocks of ice, and a measuring scale. Let’s get right to it. You add in 8 blocks of ice
to your blender. Then you are going to be adding in 200g of berries. Now because this
is a low carb berry smoothie, I am using berries and fruits with the lowest possible sugar
carbohydrate and sugar content. So all together I am putting in 200g of Blueberries, Raspberries
and Strawberries in whatever ratio you want. Next you put in 2 scoops of protein powder,
2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of flax seeds. Adding in spinach to your keto
protein smoothie recipe is an optional step. I can promise you do not taste it and it has
fantastic micronutrients. Grab on e cup of water and add it to the blender. Go ahead
and blend it up. I use a stick to help the ingredients get fully blended. Once that is
done, you are going to add 30g of almond butter. Now try to get the blob of the almond butter
right in the center of the lchf protein smoothie. Do the same with the greek yoghurt, but you
are going to use 200g of the yoghurt. Once done, give it a blend; now you have to find
that sweet spot where it sucks down the almond butter and the yoghurt into the mixture. And
then you end up with this healthy keto smoothies. This is one of the best keto smoothies I have
made and I promise you will all absolutely love it. All that I left is a taste test.
