    Can I get advice from Healthy people? πŸ˜› lol. I just started running 10-15mins every morning and replacing my breakfast with fruit smoothies (ice, Banana, strawberrys, flax seeds, chia seeds, kale, unsweetened natural almond milk and nonfat plain greek yogurt) I am eating 2 meals a day, other than the smoothie (maybe a very small snack in between lunch and dinner) and I have been feeling a lot less hungry! I feel really great but I'm afraid its just the placebo effect.. am I on the right path to a healthier lifestyle?? Any advice is greatly appreciated. posting to a few vids to get some feedback

    my hight is 156 I weight 45.5 k I'm not fat but I'm also not skinny. I try to lose weight many time but I fail. because people around me they eat allΒ the sweet things and when I see it I cant stand it. I don't want to fail like this all the time but everything around me it is so difficult.

    I'm aiming to drop 6lbs in 3 weeks in time for my bday party πŸ™‚ Gonna eat 2.3k cals a day (500 deficit for recommended intake) and do muscle/cardio workouts. Also take in 160g of protein a day and hopefully keep progressing on the bar whilst getting back down to 6-7% body fat πŸ™‚

    My computer research has shown that nothing defeats this diet program. Google β€œsowo amazing plan”! If you undertake your research, you`ll start losing fat like me. Already, I have dropped 15 pounds.

    Delicious food is the number one way to stick to an eating plan. When your food is really tasty, there is no reason to stop eating that way. Eat your favorites in a way that makes sense for weight loss. It's like the saying make what you love your job and you will never "work" a day in your life. Well, when you eat foods that are delicious, you will never "diet" a day in your life. This principle helped me lose 120 pounds in the past 2 years. I love what I eat, so I just keep eating those foods and enjoy a healthy life!

    First Time Making A Diet Plan, What foods could I eat Breakfast lunch and Dinner? true I always look at the scale every day there are some times where I gave up when i didnt know about the body fluctuating so I always thought our bodies would instantly change over the night but it actually takes time.

    The only reason I can’t really keep a diet is because I go to school and the school food is really unhealthy and big portions so I try not to waste food by eating it. but that just makes me fatter

    Weighing everyday but only comparing the day to the previous week on the same day is what I do and since I eat similarly each week I can see exactly where my main changes come from if I do deviate slightly

    It doesn't make sense to reduce the number of uses of the scale. If you want to have a better picture it's better to take more samples, not less. It's not that hard to be aware that fluctuations occur

    When I go out to dinner with my friends, I only go out with them;
    On my cheat day
    A day after I've done intermittent fasting
    After I've eaten my own food from home (so that I won't be too hungry when I get to the restaurant).

    Also, if I know where we're going, I can sometimes pull up the restaurant menu and pick my food in advance so that I have an idea of what's there and make a better food choice. That way I can quickly rattle off what I want to order before anyone says anything ! Lastly if I'm eating a certain amount of calories a day, I still make sure that the food fits into my calorie count by acting as though I already ate an extra 100 calories. So for instance, if I normally eat 1800 calories on a refeed/cheat day, when I'll list 100 calories as already eaten to account for the extra crap that restaurants like to add to our food and will only aim to eat 1700 calories for the whole day.

    This may seem like a lot of work but when you get used to it, it will feel natural. Also, even if your friends notice a little of what you're doing, it won't come across as a big enough deal for them to continue to talk about.
