How to Follow the Caveman Diet. If you are hunting for the perfect diet, eat
like your ancestors did 30,000 years ago and get yourself a toned stone-age body. You will need Bacon Eggs Salad Wild mushrooms
Venison Nuts Fruit Salmon and turnips. Never change your diet without first consulting
your physician. Step 1. Remove sugars, grains, beans, potatoes, and
salt from your diet. Step 2. Start your diet with a breakfast of bacon,
eggs, and berries. Step 3. Continue eating breakfast according to the
caveman diet for three days, while eating your normal lunch and dinner. Check online or at a bookstore for caveman
recipes. Step 4. Add a paleo lunch to your menu: try a salad,
wild mushrooms, and venison. Continue eating a paleo breakfast and lunch
for three more days. Step 5. Satisfy your in-between-meal cravings with
a snack consisting of nuts and fruit. Peanuts are a bean, not a nut. The same goes for cashews, so avoid these. Step 6. Complete the transition to your new diet by
adding a caveman-inspired dinner. A hearty salmon with turnips makes for a terrific
modern stone-aged meal. Did you know Neanderthals lived in Europe
about 200,000 years ago, but disappeared only 30,000 years ago.

    Are you stupid, red meat is good for you, unless you do something stupid with it like fry it in fat oil, scientifically proven red meat is healthy since its lean meat.

    But bacon is loaded with salt and salt is discouraged. You can eat pork but bacon isn't that great of a choice. Apparently you're also supposed to limit eggs to about 6 a week.

    depends eating allot of lean red meat is healthy for body builders or those tryna gain muscle mass, there diet consit of constant lean red meat. If only bad if you dont excersise and just eat all the shit you want without any excersise.

    @XactFilms tbh I doubt there were fat, they might have eaten lots of meat but they had to catch it themselves and I doubt they spent evenings watching dvds and browsing youtube vids 😀

    This video contradicted it's self from the get go with bacon. Bacon contains both sugar and salt, which this video also says to get rid of in your diet.
