    I enjoy the information you provide. Quality and scienctifically based. However, I have a question, what types of foods are better for protein intake? Plant, meat, carbs, meat, etc?

    thank you for this episode. I have always wondered if I was eating too much protein (over 100g a day) Now I know that I do not have to worry.
