Hello everyone. today’s recipe is a quick-and-easy healthy milkshake. Here I have got 15 almonds, soaked in water for about 4 hours. I have soaked it so that we can easily peel off the skin. We need a banana, make sure that it is ripe otherwise could give a bitter taste to the milkshake. We also need 2 cups of milk. I am going to measure the milk in a 250 ml measuring cup. Now we can peel the off the skin from the almonds. I have now peeled the skin and washed the almonds. Next I am going to chop the banana in small pieces. This helps us to grind it well so that there are no lumps in the milkshake. Let us now add the almonds into the mixer jar. I is better to take the big jar as well later need to add in the milk. The almond is now ground. Do not grind it fine, as we need our drink to have some crunchiness. Add the banana slices in to the mixer Pour one cup of milk into it and mix it well in the mixer. Now add the remaining milk and mix again in the mixer. And our quick and easy banana-almond milkshake is ready. Lets pour it into a serving glass. I have not added any sugar into this.
