Hi, my name’s Julian, I’m 26 years old and currently a student. My whole life I’ve had problems gaining weight, maintaining my bodyweight or gaining muscle in general. I’ve always been very skinny but also always had the dream of gaining weight, being stronger and having a good physique. I went to the gym for a while, quite regularly. But this didn’t change anything and left me pretty frustrated. About half a year ago I went travelling around the world. During this time I realized how out of shape my body got from not doing any sports or exercising. This showed in how super skinny and gaunt I became.     I actually belive him…I been training for just over 5 months and I swear to god I had the most Crazy transformation. My body Just started growing and Growing, I thought I had the worst genetic cause I was skinny Fat and shit. I went from 61kg to 77kg. I started of benching the bar, Now I bench about 145 pounds. Some people just grow faster…Doesn't necessarily mean their Juicing

    This reminds me of …myself. 🙂 lost on weight after the second week I started going to the gym and the first visible results only happen after the third week.I've put lots of efforts for this to happen,well you know "no pain,no gain". Everyone can do it,all you need is discipline,motivation as well as the correct nutrition.Going to the gym with motivated friends does help and is truly fun. Just progress slowly with the training,no rush – I did it twice and my left knee got injured while doing squats (I kept on doing 3 sets of 20 reps at 60 kg. Baaam! It happened. I let it recover and started doing squats again until I did the same mistake with 70 kg. That was a bit too much after only 2 weeks starting this exercise). I've let it recover for 6 weeks now and started doing squats with different elastic bands which are totally awesome (my legs were sore and no knee pain at all). All in all,with the right training,a competent coach and your own motivation …you can do it.

    Dude these transformation guys are getting fucking hilarious. Honestly the transformation videos are more and more often turning into less time of training and more ammounts of muscle. Thats not how our body works….

    Either the gains were beginner as re composition allows the body to grow at fast rates or you used to work out and stopped for a long time. Dead lifting over 160 is insane, most big guys at my gym can barely go over 140… something doesn't seem right about the numbers but if this is true and non-artificial then congratulations to you bro. Honestly.

    I see a lot of comments of people saying that this isn't possible in 18 weeks. It definitely is. Especially when you first start out you'll have insane growth. I've had more growth in less time, but I was only working upper body though. Still it is possible, you just have to get at it and stop making excuses. And you got to factor in them African genetics, of course lol.

    Look at the man's genetics! Look at the canvas, the definition and lines are already there!!! Genetics, born with it and all he had to do was eat n workout, lift and muscles would grow in their already defined and genetic state. Not a transformation just a lifestyle change. Guys with genetics walk around like they worked so hard at developing that physique. Easy and without the struggle!

    Freelectics didn't change your life. The one who wills to do something can do it without any app like this. You did it on your own. Your body absorbed the nutrients and gained muscle. I can just write down my workout plan on a piece of paper or better keep it in my mind. That is best. Stop this advertising.
    Also mention what you had for EATING external supplements or not
