Fat Loser: The Plan

Hey you! My name is Thomas ‘TomSka’ Ridgewell
and despite dieting for a whole week I am still… a fat man. (dun dun duuun) I’ve started this series to bring you along
with me on my epic weight-loss journey so to spoil all the fun why don’t I talk about how I plan on getting from point A to point B. For the first few weeks I’ll be
cutting everything out of my diet that isn’t meat, fruit and vegetables. That means no bread, potatoes, pasta and of course no delicious, delicious junk food. I also intend on drinking nothing
but water, flavoured water and sparkling water That’s the stuff! After that initial period of living like a chubby
caveman I’m hoping my body and mind will be a little more accustomed to lower levels
of sugars and carbohydrates and I can start adding light exercise and more fulfilling
food-types into my diet. The final stage, once I’ve lost a chunk
of this blubber, will be to start adding actual serious exercise into my routine to start burning fat and eventually sculpt myself into something I’ll actually feel proud of… Maybe… Eventually… SO! How did this first week go? Well I started
out at a total of 252 pounds and now I weigh 246 pounds. So, yay! I’ve started enough diets to
know that I can easily drop up to 10 pounds in the first week so it’s not
that surprising but still a good start! Hurrah! I think it’s important to celebrate the
small victories and for this week those have been that I’ve started needing a belt
again and today I managed to tie my shoes without getting out of breath. So, WOO! (Blows imaginary party blower thing) ARGHH!! On the other hand though my shortcomings this
week were that I didn’t drink nearly enough water – I need to be drinking at least 2 litres
a day and instead I’ve been drinking wine… So… Now my question to you this week is: what
are some tasty meals I can make out of just fruit, vegetables and meat only using a tiny
amount of herbs, sauces or spices. Because I can’t keep eating just apples and chicken. It’s getting old. I wanna thank you for all the support after
the last video and again please wish me luck. I’ll see you next week. TomSka out! (Clicks fingers and pops out of existence)

Here is one delicious salad recipe:
Take some regular salad and add balsamic vinegar, nuts, Apple slices, meat slices and even raisins! Healthy and delicious!👌

Get a B-12 Supplement and go on a Low-Fat Whole Plant Vegan Diet, it may sound crazy at first but just do your research. That way you'll feel way better and won't ever have to restrict calories again. The biggest reason why it's so easy for you to gain the weight back up is because you're restricting Calories/ Carbs. It may take you a little longer to reach your goal this way but you'll have no Problem what so ever to stay lean

Pssh what? It's been almost an entire year and I'm just NOW commenting? …shut yo face.

My personal recipe for amazing banana muffins:
    3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar (if you wanna get rid of this sugar, add strawberries but the muffins will be mushy)
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (optional)
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups mashed ripe bananas
    1 cup coconut oil
1 cup almond milk (dark chocolate almond milk if you want it chocolaty)

    Oven @350F (175C) for 30-35 min

Recipe for Yummy potatoes (not mine):
5 large potatoes, peeled and diced
    1/2 cup raw cashews (optional)
    1/4 cup water (optional)
    1 cup nondairy creamer
    2 Tbsp. vegan margarine
    1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
    Salt and pepper, to taste

Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes, or until tender.

Blend the cashews and water until smooth.

Drain the potatoes and place in a bowl with the nondairy creamer, vegan margarine, chives, cashew cream, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth. Serve with your favorite gravy.

Enjoy! And I hope it's still going well!

I remember being shocked at the rate fat dropped off my body after cutting out grains, dairy, and sugar. It really works. That and serious cardio. Bam, Nightwing physique.

I know this is suuper late but: I recommend making smoothies for breakfast or lunch. I normally use frozen fruit because it makes the smoothie cold as if you have added ice cream and makes the texture thicker, and more filling. Also chuck some kale or spinach in there and some milk I normally use soya or almond milk. Keep up the good work Tom ore anybody reading this and have an amazing day/night! ❤️🙂

Hey, The best success that I have ever had was with Marks magicplan (i found it on google) Without a doubt the most useful diet that I have ever tried.

  9. Jen Kafas

One huge thing that has helped me is this 12 hour thing where you pick a time around where you eat breakfast like 8:30 (whatever time you do) and then that night don't eat after 8:30 until 8:30 the next morning. Its something to get used to but it helps a lot.

  10. Fernweh

Tom, make Briam. It's a really delicious roast vegetable dish from Greece. Really good for you (Nothing but veg) and it's really. really nice. It has lots of Mediterranean vegetables and potatoes (and olive oil, but that's good for your heart… right?)

  11. Edward Cullen

Don't cut out potatoes – they're seriously underrated in terms of nutritional value. Potatoes, by themselves, have far more nutrients in higher quantities than any other vegetable. They're also one of the most versatile foods in cooking. There's so many things you can do with them.

  12. Fredi Frikr

Chopped suey is very delicious and contains enough vegetables to fit into your diet and is not hard to make. You can find it at most Chinese restaurants and you can also make it at home.

  13. Christian Le Surf - Music

My dad gives me these noodles called shirataki noodles. Apparently, a bowl-full contains 10-ish calories and it's really helped me when I wanted to lose weight.

  14. Kit Thompson

You need: a handful of fresh mint , a handful of coriander 3 cloves of garlic a red chilli salt and pepper 6 spring onions zest and juice of a lemon
All that goes into a blender then once it's all mixed up you add olive oil
    (You will need skewers)
One or two chicken breasts per person cut the chicken into 2.5 / 1 inch pieces
Cover the chicken with the marinade
Put the chicken on the skewers ( there should be roughly 5-6 pieces on a skewer grill for around five minutes on heat four turn it loads and when you think your done cut 1 piece in half to be sure

  15. April Hart

Grilled bacon ( no oil) vegetarian burger patty ( fantastic with whatever spices you like) halumi cheese (grilled) in letuce leaf buns! Trust me on this one its amazing. the bacon is fine because its protien and so long as you keep the amount of halumi to a minimum its basically all good stuff! 😀 hope this helps dude x

  16. John Constantine

    Take a fruit
Put Chaat Masala (it's an Indian spice) on it
    Binge on that shit

(I Chaat Masala is not harmful and it is made from all natural stuff but check the internet if you don't believe it)

P.S. Don't eat too much of the Masala on its own

  17. Oatmeal

The comments on this video are so much more interesting and entertaining than the video itself, I've never seen a Youtuber's fanbase cooperating like this before… Nice one Tom!

  18. salty who?

I love watching these "Fat Loser" videos cause I know he's taking care of himself! I'm glad he is taking care of himself! These videos also motivate me to get into better shape. I may not be over or underweight severely, but I am a little chubs! I hope that I can stay toned, and so can he!

  19. oh god why

I would suggest just eating vegan or vegetarian meals and cut out meat especially red meat but maybe still eat fish mostly samon (not fish sticks) and never just cut out everything but vegetables and fruit you need a healthy balance of everything

    Good luck

  20. Kenny Coman

Nooo man just go Vegan or Vegeterian at least and start from there. It's much healthier than restricting yourself to meat, fruits and vegs.

  21. AngeAle Bassist

maybe you could eat a salad, you could make this sandwich, so you take two slice of bread, put a little bit of mayo on it and slice some tomatoes and roast them, you take lettuce then, you put mayo on the bread, the lettuce and then the roasted tomatoes, how about that?

  22. Strange Creature

the one thing i will suggest is, do not do it all at the same time or else you will feel sick, like allot of sick, trust me, i know.

  23. Emese Winters

    "im a fat man"
if youre skinny you cant have mutch love in you
if youre fat you can get much love in you as you want

  24. Gr3milli0n

I would suggest buying a book called the plant paradox, it has a very detailed diet, its also very similar to what you are doing now. (I think) but you should still get it just in case

  25. zaily bray

if there's anyone watching this and wondering how to lose weight, don't try and cut a ton of things out. the more u try and restrict yourself, the more likely it is for u to gain more weight. I highly recommend looking into intuitive eating, as that is a healthier and less stressful way of getting healthier and honestly the way your body is naturally supposed to be so yeah. don't diet it not good
