I’m doing intermittent fasting and yoga.
I talk about my thoughts for a healthy life. Today, I’m going to tell you a story I told myself when I got lost while on a diet. There were many more days like this than I thought. Sometimes I thought about it for five minutes, but sometimes it was more than a week. Last week I decided to cut down on my fast time, but I missed my lunch break and had to fast for a long time. I watched a movie with my family while eating Hodduk(Korean pancakes). In the evening, I had ‘spicy sea snails salad’ and beer, so the fasting time was appropriate. Anyway,
If you’ve had the same problem as me, I think it could be a empathic story. As I’ve been on a diet, I’ve come to think naturally about how to achieve what I want. So maybe my channel name became ‘Irudatv’.
It means “realize (one’s dream)” in Korean. I don’t think the way to achieve what I want is to find the right answer. I think it’s in ‘How strongly I believe in me and do the right thing.’ Those who have achieved what they want are not the ones who have found the right answer. They have completely trusted themselves and done the right thing. Believe it, act it,
It’s a success. Some are fasting intermittently, some are vegetarian, some are low-carbon, some are natural. and so on There are many ways. If you keep looking for the right answer, you may not believe that you can achieve your goals. “The answer must be hidden somewhere!”
“Someone will tell me!” Neither do you already know what you have to do and you’re not doing it. You don’t do your best to do it because you don’t trust it completely. That’s why it doesn’t work. Because you don’t believe in yourself. First, be sure, “I can do it.” Then you have a little ‘weak faith’. And then do the right thing. The more you do, the more you strengthen your faith. That’s when it’s real. It’s like the myth of Dangun, right? (The myth of Korea’s first national foundation) How long have our ancestors known about this? Maybe we already knew. Which do I want to be, a bear or a tiger?
(Tales of myths) I don’t think there’s an answer to this question. The choice is free. The point is to be responsible for the choice. Fattening, junk food, diet, let’s not hate it. Hating is a powerful force, too. As soon as I think I don’t want to, all my nerves are focused in that direction. In a comfortable way And believe strongly, let’s just do the right thing. Powerfully, let’s be completely sure. Oh, let’s just believe we’ve already achieved it. We have two buttons in our brain. Not the buttons that you put off because you’re exhausted. Just press the button to trust myself and do the right thing. If you want anything, press this button. You’ll have it. If you have a role model, don’t just look up to him. Keep looking for them. Listen to their experience. Don’t follow them unconditionally. Don’t ask them to answer. Believe me, you’re the one who’ll soon create more value than him. It’s not that I’m lost. There is no such thing as a path in life. Because time of concern increases another experience through contemplation, It’s hard at the time, but it becomes precious after. Going on a diet, I am strengthening my ability to be happy on my own.
