    On an empty stomach I take a mixture of extra virgin organic olive oil + oignon juice ( home made) + lemon juice (home made) + pure honey =100% vertues. Besides, no meal without olive oil. I think olive oil is one of the rare things which has only benefits…

    I seriously doubt the authenticity of this channel simply because they put out videos like this with 0 studies backing it up. Look at Dr. Greger's videos about oil or from the channel Plant based news London and you'll see exactly why this is a horrible idea that will cause plaque build-up in your arteries

    Wel im italian and i swapped olive oil for butter as i have heart problems
    Yes it is true olive oil is good but its 100 fat .
    Butter has less fat more water …
