Fennel Powder – 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Salt – 1 Tablespoon Add Curd first Add Onion paste Lemon juice Ginger Garlic paste Turmeric powder and Fennel powder Salt, Pepper and Turmeric powder Mix all of these well You can add Egg white optionally if required to this Egg white will make this dish crispy Corn flour can also be added Let me add chicken We have make cuts in the chicken leg piece for the masala to blend You can cut this way also I have mixed the chicken Let me close this and keep it in fridge for marination for 2 to 3 hrs After 2hrs …… Heat the pan and pour Ghee (or any oil as per your wish) Medium flame should be maintained through the cooking of this dish You can add some curry leaves to this for flavour This should be cooked in medium heat for around 20 mins Please turn the pieces frequently You can see that the pieces have turned orange colour After 15 mins, almost all the pieces have turned orange colour Let us continue for another 10 mins Its around 30 mins now totally !!! Chicken pieces have shrunk If you need additional colour, you can use red chilli powder instead of normal chilli powder Chicken Leg Piece Fry is ready !!!
