So today’s recipe, vegetable and cheese roti is definitely a spin-off to that Monday, roti and vegetable to eat or it’s an inspiration from a really Mexican restaurant which you must have gone So come let’s see how to make ” Har Din Naya Tiffin Har Din Empty Tiffin ” So let’s add olive oil in a pan, sliced onions, 1 medium size carrot and half a cup of mixed peppers a little bit of salt, some cumin powder and red chilli powder. and let’s just mix it up very well. If you want to make it a little spicy but not too much, add a few chillies. Ah! and what I love about this recipe is
that when you add kissan ketchup into this It just brings out the flavors and gets all the ingredients together. Okay. So we’ll lightly saute it and then we switch it off.
