Hi and welcome back to kissan tiffin
timetable. This is your Chef Vicky Ratnani, everyday we have that same question, what to make in the tiffin? That’s the reason why your favourite chefs are bringing to you 200 recipes for 200 school days. So today’s recipe, vegetable and cheese roti is definitely a spin-off to that Monday, roti and vegetable to eat or it’s an inspiration from a really Mexican restaurant which you must have gone So come let’s see how to make ” Har Din Naya Tiffin Har Din Empty Tiffin ” So let’s add olive oil in a pan, sliced onions, 1 medium size carrot and half a cup of mixed peppers a little bit of salt, some cumin powder and red chilli powder. and let’s just mix it up very well. If you want to make it a little spicy but not too much, add a few chillies. Ah! and what I love about this recipe is
that when you add kissan ketchup into this It just brings out the flavors and gets all the ingredients together. Okay. So we’ll lightly saute it and then we switch it off. So let the filling cool down here, then we take a roti so take some of your filling. Just like this and literally just 1/2 a teaspoon of any cheese quickly fold this and press it lightly After that literally less than 1/2 a teaspoon of olive oil. Our first roll. Beautiful! same thing again, add some cheese and then we’ll fold this. Beautiful! and let’s start prepping up our Tiffin. Let’s add a few nuts into our tiffin and some fresh fruit in season as well. So we’ve some really nice watermelon. Cut your roti into any shape you like. So
I’m just going to cut it like this. Arrange it in your tiffin.
