50 Pounds Down Weight Loss | Fasting Results Day 332


hi it’s Mieka Fasting weight loss and I
am on a weight loss journey to lose 90 to 100 pounds I’m 50 pounds down and I
have 40 to 50 to go so I’m halfway there today I’m gonna give you my fasting
results I’m doing all forms of fasting for weight loss this is day 332 results
first let me give you a quote when the water starts boiling it is foolish to
turn off the heat Nelson Mandela so I want to just put that with weight loss
as far as as you have momentum do not turn it off with self-sabotage do not
regain the weight keep that fire burning keep going that’s why you write down a
plan and you stick to it no matter what if you fall off for me and my experience
the worst thing about falling off is when you turn a cheat into a day into
two days into three days into a week a month you’re gonna came back all your
weight so quickly so when the water starts boiling it is foolish to turn off
the heat Nelson Mandela okay so this is gonna be the quickest video
ever because I don’t know what happened yesterday I was totally just not in the
mode to try to figure out calories so I just did not eat okay
I fasted so this is gonna be 36-hour fasting results I believe or
30-something hours I’m supposed to be doing oh man
which is one meal a day with 500 calories with two hours of steady fasted
cardio I ended up going to the gym in the morning before work I did one hour
on the treadmill then I went to work I got on the phone and I didn’t get off
the phone for a long time and then I realized during that you didn’t even do
two hours of exercise today but it was so late I was like no that’s just
not happening plus I didn’t eat so I was like whatever I do
I didn’t want to stick to this but hey my eating I’m good I believe this extra
fat I have in my body is food and I do believe it’s healthy and ok to not eat
for that day and it’s beneficial to this weight loss journey so that’s everything
now for the weight fasting results day 332 of my fasting weight loss journey 216 0.8 that’s minus 2.4 pounds
so it’s not 50 pounds lost it’s actually 50 6.4 pounds lost through fasting and I
believe fasting is the best way to lose weight for obese people people that are
just super overweight and not just not eating like I did yesterday but any
fasting plan intermittent fasting for 8 hours 6 hours 4 hours whatever just some
kind of fasting with low carb and a little bit of exercise I think if you
need to lose 50 pounds or more that you should look into this and start
immediately by
