Thanks for the recipe. I think I'll try putting it in the oven in a bigger dish to make it like a tortilla. Any ideas on how long to bake it?

Ok I baked it in a round ceramic dish for 25 minutes at 350. It stuck to the dish so next time I'll have to add parchment paper. Nice and brown and just like bread!

Sorry but I could not miss this one. Paleo and Microwave? You do know what Paleo means right? Also you start with the "sentence how to make healthy but tasty" I stopped right there.

Go down to you local garden center and buy 2 plants from the same lot of seeds. Get two that require watering a lot to speed up the test phase. Now put them in the same exact place. For one use regular tap water. For the other use the same water only microwave it first and let it cool down. You can do a whole jug of microwaved water so you do not not have to keep microwaving. If they require water every day the one watered with microwaved water will be dead in 2 weeks. Humans are not as weak as plants for us it takes a lot longer for a lot of reasons but every single thing you put in the microwave regardless of how healthy it was to begin with becomes the opposite of healthy. Grain is no where near as bad for you as Anything that you have microwaved. There were no microwaves in paleo times which made me laugh and click your video but in the first 15 seconds I realized it was not a spoof video LOL

Using the bowl that used for mixing as your microwave vessel is also a good way to get a larger "burger bun" style than the mug if you're looking to use this bread for that purpose.
