Hello, this is Ronga Fourth video about intermittent fasting. In Part 1, the most important basic principles for intermittent fasting Why is it difficult for someone to have intermittent fasting in Part 2? The third part of the video suggests that if you keep fasting, We talked about what’s wrong with that claim. In this video, we understand the nature of the intermittent fasting I haven’t made a mistake in the video Let’s talk about people who have difficulty keeping fasting times. Since the contents of the video are all connected, it is better to watch them in order from the previous video. If you haven’t seen the previous video We recommend that you click the Intermittent Singles playlist link in the upper right corner and watch the previous videos in order. I’m making an intermittent singles series Before we made this series, I made two videos of intermittent fasting. I asked a question in the comment and made it answer What was the most talked about part of the video Should I keep 16 hours of fasting? In my case, if I wanted to understand the nature of intermittent fasting I didn’t think I had to keep 16 hours of fasting. Because in the first part of the video People eat too much food, too often This is causing health problems, including obesity. You should not eat too much, too often. This is the nature of intermittent fasting. So we have fasting time we don’t eat. You have to have a fasting time, which gives you 16 hours as an indicator. Fasting 15 hours and 59 minutes without keeping 16 hours has no effect It doesn’t work after 16 hours. The reason I have presented 16 hours as an indicator is that 16 hours of fasting was the most effective under the same conditions. But that doesn’t mean you have to keep 16 hours. If 16 hours worked best under the same conditions, isn’t it right to keep 16 hours? In the same condition, yes means different conditions will result in different results. A and usually engaged in clerical work When there is a B who is usually active and has a lot of energy The two are very different in energy consumption. Is the same 16 hours of fasting the most effective for them? Of course, there are differences in energy consumption. If the most effective fasting time for A is 16 hours Because B consumes much more energy than A, If you have a fasting time of less than 16 hours, you can achieve a similar effect. If B is the most effective fasting time for 16 hours Since A consumes much less energy than B, If you have a fasting time longer than 16 hours, you will get a similar effect. Different people have different living conditions, body fat, and muscle mass, and different amounts of activity and exercise. Without considering this, I can’t tell everyone the best 16 hours of fasting. So if you have a lot of activity and exercise, Because you are on an empty stomach faster than others. Even if you eat enough unrefined food, it can be difficult to keep 16 hours of fasting. But in this case, because it is faster to enter the state than others If you don’t keep 16 hours of fasting, you can get a similar effect. So “I have to keep 16 hours of fasting unconditionally.” If you try to keep your fasting time intentionally while holding back your hunger Rather like being a low-calorie diet, it can interfere with your diet Intermittent fasting while eating unrefined food It is hard to keep fasting time Or if you’re struggling to fast and don’t lose fat, It is likely that this is the case. But don’t you call intermittent fasting if you don’t keep 16 hours of fasting? That’s right The name intermittent fasting has a 16-hour fast Or because it’s the name given to the two-hour fasting diet If you don’t obey either of these two conditions The argument that it shouldn’t be called intermittent fasting is correct. So don’t call this way of intermittent fasting I respect that opinion. But because of the nature of the connection, you can get an effect similar to intermittent fasting If you can get a similar effect I don’t think you have to stick to the name of intermittent fasting. When you eat, you secrete insulin and because insulin suppresses body fat burning I know you have to have a fasting time to prevent insulin from being released. If the fasting time is short, the time that insulin is not secreted is short I think the diet effect is weak, how do you get the same effect? In the next video we will talk about this question. There are two videos on the screen right now When the next video is completed, I will make it appear in the right video If the video on the right is not an intermittent fasting part 5 video, I’m still making a video, so please wait a few days If you liked this video please subscribe and like I will come back to the next video. Thank you.
