Hello friends,Welcome to Neetha’s Tasteland, I am Neetha Rajeev. Let’s make oats smoothie today. This is a simple smoothie recipe by oats. This is healthy preparation we never add sugar in this we are using honey for substitute of sugar. We use cashew nuts and dates in this for preparing the smoothie. Diabetic patients can avoid dates. Let’s see the ingredients Boil the milk and cool it for two hours. Dry roast the oats first. Our pan is heated up now add oats to the hot pan. Keep the flame low and roast the oats well. Roast the oats for two minutes. Our oats is roasted well now. Let’s transfer oats in to a bowl. Take a juicer and add half portion of the banana in to the juicer. For 1 glass smoothie we need only half banana. Add cashew nuts, add dates, add honey, add roasted oats and add milk. Blend it well for few minutes. Add the oats smoothie in to a serving glass.
